KVCD: Encoding to 480x480 Better than Other Resolutions?

I'm curious as to what I should use for a template.Now my problem is that my DVD player will not play any kvcd's at 528x480.My DVD player will play kvcd's at 352x480 though.If I used the 352x480 template and boosted my res to 480x480 would it make a difference?
Another problem with my DVD player is that when I use the 352x480,In TMPGenc,I have to change it from mpeg-1 to mpeg-2 and mux it as an SVCD.So If I did boost this up to 480x480 would it do anything?Or should I just leave it alone and keep encoding with the 352x480.
Even encoding with 352x480,from DVD,the qualit is still pretty amazing.Considering I did LOTR-FOTR-Special Extended Version and did it over 3 disc.Would have taken 4 discs with SVCD.

in "everywhere" in kvcd forum,
have tons and until you don't know where to start.....
seems "coca cola" in the cinemas but,
of course don't have the same taste!

a great idea to find:
